Reporting to Parents

We aim to inform parents of their child’s/children’s progress and achievement throughout the year.  These interviews are held in Term 1 and Term 3, and are a chance for parents, caregivers and whaanau to meet with their child’s kaiako to discuss their progress at school.

Interviews are 15 minute long sessions.  If you need more time with a particular kaiako, email the kaiako directly for another time and day.

The smooth running of our interview sessions relies on all parents keeping to the timetable.  Please consider other parents and end interviews on time.

Parental Assistance

We encourage parents to help in our school.  Notices about activities will invite parents to offer their assistance in a variety of ways such as:

  • Sports coaching and managing
  • Craft and cultural activities
  • Camp parents
  • Transport
  • Classroom programmes
  • Developmental activities

We appreciate any assistance our parents/caregiver/grandparents etc can offer.  Please contact or visit the school office if you would like to know more about helping out in the school.

Payment of Accounts

We strongly encourage all school accounts be paid via internet banking using your child’s surname and first name as a reference.

Cellphones
